Hmmm I don't remember getting that card in the mail yet. I'll double check. They were quick to ask me for more money for the schools. A big no on that.

After putting your info in and pressing continue, look to the left and click on "my districts &
elected officials" on the top it should read "My Districts and Elected Officials for precinct XXXX". Below that look under "State" and you should see "Legislative district xx"

Your District number and precinct number together is what you need. I am precinct 1279 in district 43, so my "full precinct number" is 43-1279.

Then you can go here http://wsrpcaucus.tumblr.com/caucuslocator To find you caucus location. The email is optional. In the space that asks your precinct number you should put the "full precinct number" ( mine is 43-1279).

If you have any trouble just PM me your first and last name, and date of birth, and I will try to find it for you.

Looks I am going to Olympia on Saturday driving down from Bham will have to leave very early. Yay!

Your caucus location is in Olympia? That does not sound right. They are usually in your area. Olympia is not even in your county.

EDIT: Another note..... it starts at 10am, but that is when doors close. You should try to get there about 45 min early.
The good news is you should not have to wake up before the sun rises to make it there on time. LOL

Damn at Kulshan so I can't OC.....but Kulshan is right down the rd. from me my kids went to school there.

Here in the Tri-Cities, a big expenditure is for bilingual teachers. There are not enough that speak spanish. Alot of material has to be printed in both languages. Every flyer my daughter brings home is a double sided one side in english, one side in spanish, so that means they use twice the ink they need to and it take someone more than twice as long to print them.

That's crap. Spanish speaking students should be going through ESL. If they are putting out the money for bilingual teachers they should also be putting translators on the payroll for every other language as well.

So, everyone's Caucus over there is at a school or buisness? Mine is apparently at someones house in the middle of the woods.... Kinda scary google map that address, i think i will be carrying for protection from wolves and bears.....

This is such a weird thing that some must go from Bellingham to Olympia to participate, while some, like me, have our caucus site only about 3 miles from my house in Kent.

I was mistaken I don't have to go to Olympia from Bellingham.

Oh good. That just seemed rediculous to me. Might as well have just gotten a room down there if you had to go.

Yeah, should be very localized, as in, within 5 miles or so...

I've never done one of these before, so the carpool thing was also a comfort thing... Strength in numbers.

My other half wanted to do just that....lol...was a relief for me disappointment for her...phew...besides I haven't worked much so gas alone would have been hard.
