    I just listened to my testimony on that one......

    I LOL'd..... I mentioned the federal ATF bound book, and CT with the same darn info. I said "this requirement must be from the department of redundancy dept.", HAR.

    I hope this passes, it's a stupid requirement.

    Rich B: My favorite argument against OC being legal in CT is "I have never seen someone OC in CT".
    I have never seen a person drink tea from a coke bottle while standing on their head, that doesn't mean it is illegal.

    I was an ffl .. I only had 1 book .... if ct came over I would say here, take a look and atf, same thing .... i really dont care about stupid laws.

    Haha sb 196 gives no timeline required to show a cop their records. So show them to a cop in a year
