We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :)
Please help by posting all issues here.
The forum will be down for about an hour this weekend for maintenance. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Lockbox w/ key, or a designated official. Seattle's munc uses the later, but they give you a slip of paper that says which lockbox your gun is in.. Probly to avoid confusion.
I went King county courthouse in Seattle and everything went smoothly except for the officer who escorted me to the the lock box said it was against policy for me to keep the key

This is What Bellingham Municipal tried with me, but after a year of simply stating what trigger Doctor said, they changed the policy. They now give me the key. They moved the boxes to a locked corridor they open but it is now consistent with state law.
I was at Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent last week and they kept the key. I didn't feel like making a big thing of it, but have considered mentioning it here. Hadn't gotten around to it until this thread reminded me.
