Moving to NM and have some questions

My wife and I really like it in NM. We have been there several times just cruising around and staying here and there on vacation. I haven't decided on any given spot as yet. I am pretty open as to where to move to since I can work remotely. My only requirements are Internet connectivity and plenty of water.

So question is, where is best place to consider? I am looking for country living, not the big city, but it would be nice to be able to still have a garden for food so that means water. Any suggestions? Even a small city that gets its water from a gravity reservoir would be ideal.

Mate have a look at Rio Rancho there are a lot of property's that have big yards and water is not a problem. here is a link for some property's
