Brand-new here, but my brother is going through h-e-l-l.

Advice welcome, or just support if you have no advice.

Thanks in advance.

I think you came to the wrong forum for advice (nebraska sub forum is what you're looking for). But most of us, if I can be so bold to talk for most of us, support this guys right to own a gun and think that this whole prosecution is bull.

The "facts" that I got was:

1. Prior felony firearms conviction that was "nullified".
2. Possession of of a firearm by a "felon".
3. Possession of explosive materials by someone who makes fireworks?

Seems to me that he just pissed off the wrong people.

I wish you the best of luck but I cannot provide advice. It seems very clear to me that he didn't do anything wrong (I think victimless crimes aren't crimes) even with the current laws.

I will seek out the Nebraska forum.
