And all in one article! This is a prime example of the media associating an apple with an orange; sure, they are plucked from a tree but...they left out when Lincoln was shot, and Kennedy, and...and...

Articles like this contribute to eroding context from what are, or ought to be important discussions not only regarding firearms in our society, but more broadly: why do individuals commit violent crimes; can violent crimes be prevented while retaining firearm ownership Rights?

IMO, these shooting are not a firearm issue, rather, they are source from a fundamental social issue where individuals lash out violently; and just happen to use firearms.
