• We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.
  • The forum will be down for about an hour this weekend for maintenance. I apologize for the inconvenience.

*** The Public Gathering Reference in The Stone Mountain Ordinance is NOT Enforceable, as The Public Gathering Provision was Repealed by Operation of State Law in 2010 under SB 308. Although it is also Legal to Drink Alcohol while being Armed, due to The Changes outlined under The Same Legislative Eactment, it is more likely than not Illegal under DeKalb County Ordinances or Stone Mountain Park Ordinances to Drink Alcohol in Public. DeKalb County and Stone Mountain Park may do This Pursuant to Georgia Code 16-11-41(b). ***
