The purpose of fighting is to win,
there is no victory in defense.
The sword is more important than the shield,
and skill is more important than either.
The final weapon is the brain,
    all else is supplemental.

What it means is that the Assembly had passed it and what happens is that if the Senate hasn't voted on it by the time the session is over, they create a resolution that basically says it didn't pass. This way, the bill is dead and has to go through the whole process again before it can pass.

So.... it is dead for this session.

    Thank you Paul...

...,I don't under why they keep playing with this. I know we have expressed our thoughts to Madison, it must have had some effect if they want to put it off until after the recall elections. I like the bill alert site, can't remember who told me about it, but thanks. Politicians are like children, as long as their making noise you can take your eye off them for a second. boar out.
