I live in PA and OC 100% of the time and so does my girlfriend, we have a house in Welch WV that we are remodeling. Can I OC even though I am from out of state? So far I have been OC'ing when on my property but cc when we go anywhere else.

If a Leo stops me will oc'ing do I have to show any form of ID? If they aske to see my gun do I have to let them "run the numbers"? Here in PA we do not have to show id or provide any info, they do get a bit upset with me though when I refuse to give them any info. I have not had any leos stop me for several years
