I noticed someone observe that "the sign trumps the law" in balancing the RKABA on private and public property.
That observation may be a guide here in Wisconsin too, where no-guns signs are often inadequate to the law in some way but still express the proprietor's wish not to have guns trespass on their land.
Beyond that glimmer of clarity, what a Chinese-menu they're turning their gun law into. I hope our influential influencers take note. We could have merely repealed 941.23 and been a lot neater than the hundreds of lines that is 175.60.
