Never happen....D.C. won't let Maryland go gun friendly. What, 7 or 8 access points from VA into D.C.? Easily controlled. While MD surrounds D.C.

Even if it weren't April Fools Day when this was posted, I still wouldn't believe it. There isn't anything big and shiny enough to hypnotize the rats in MD...
