Don't patronize Waffle House. They have a nationwide ban on firearms in their restaurant.

I've never had an issue OCing in any Waffle House in Kentucky that I've been to.

I have only had a problem in one. The other one knows the rules and knows I carry a gun. They have even said something to the point that my gun is welcome in their WH.

Every Waffle House has had the same "No Guns" sign. In Texas, the signs held no legal backing and I just CC'd inside. I have yet to go to a Waffle House in Kentucky.

Are Waffle Houses Franchised? If they're franchised, it's probably up to the store owner and not the corporate office.

Ignoring signs, fortunately, do not constitute criminal trespassing in Kentucky.

Edit: I just seen that you, too, are from Kentucky.
