appreciate the heads up about the app but researching their website am concerned about this statement:

not sure i understand the workings of creative-common-attribution license concept...

ps: further research: All Creative Commons licenses have many important features in common. Every license helps creators — we call them licensors if they use our tools — retain copyright while allowing others to copy, distribute, and make some uses of their work — at least non-commercially (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/)

not sure i want God and country to have access to my encounter before i get control of it for judical purposes, if i so desire...

Interesting.

I can't remember but their was one or two that some use and they are good. Not sure about they have the "Creative-Commons-Attribution license" thing on it but they were the ones I was looking for, if I can only remember. :shocker:

Nikon has a disclaimer, or used to, that basically said any pictures taken on Nikon cameras and using their software was property of Nikon.

As of right now I dont believe Nikon has ever tried to make a clain on it.

A creative commons license means it is open source, Linux is open source software. It doesn't mean anyone has access to your stuff at all.
