That prosecutor will bring up anything and everything. Any half-decent lawyer will get them tossed as immaterial.
Is it just me, or does the Probable Cause document look as though it were written by an 11 yr old, being told what to write by Martin's folks?

Notice the lack of "allegedly" - anywhere in it. They state points that no one but Z and M know as "he did this or that", and even go on to assume a thought, or state of mind?
