    The prosecutor struggle to make any case. He presented a ton of what if's and stating only 'his' concerns, with very little meat to counter the the debate. Although he has had experience in prosecuting and dealing with the SYG/Castle Doctrine on a limited basis, he lost the debate and actually did more good for these laws.

    Not sure if the CATO wanted it to come out this way, but revising/changing SYG/CD didn't garner much strength with the prosecutor comments.

    I was bummed when the video ended before the "rebuttal" time of the speakers. I'm sure Cramer and Ayoob would have torn apart several of his comments. Particularly the one about the man Ayoob discussed who sat in jail for over 100 days and lost everything as being "the system worked". HARDLY!

    Thanks for the link. I now have several more articles in my file for use in school papers. I try to write or speak on the topic at ever opportunity in school.
