I have an Indiana resident LTCH which does not require CC. I usually conceal when I'm in KY but I was just wondering if I could legally OC because of the Indiana license not requiring concealed carry. My guess is no, I can only CC but I thought I would ask.

You may enjoy the same rights to OC as if you were a Kentucky resident, your permit has no bearing either way.

Trust me...Indiana and Kentucky are two different places when it comes to OC'ing. In fact, when I learned that IN had such stupid anti 2A laws that made you buy a permit to even OC, I joined this site to learn as much as I could about gun laws (more KY gun laws than any) I would llike to think of myself as a gun rights advocate and the "great" state of Indiana is who made me realize that Ky has some pretty damn good gun laws compared to other places and that we need to protect them. So enjoy OC'ing here in Ky, no tyrant Indiana "anti-gun" laws here is going to harrass you for doing so.
