I've been invited to go with my girlfriend and a couple of her friend's to Cherokee N.C. next weekend, they're looking to come down and play some high stakes bingo down there. My query is this, what should I expect in reference to carrying in N.C.?
I checked the Pack-N-Go website and see that according to it, I can CC while down there and as I understand it, I'd have to have a permit for OC, is this correct?
I know that chances are the place they're going is a casino type establishment that's supposedly operated by the Cherokee indians. Am I correct in my assumption that any form of carry will be forbidden and/or illegal inside?
In short, what do I need to know before heading down there next weekend?
Thanks in advance for any and all information that you guys can provide about this matter.
P.S. Are there any gun stores/firing ranges in Cherokee?
EDIT: I just found and read through the flyer in the sticky. It was very informative but above and beyond that info, if there;s anything else I should know, please bring me up to speed, if you will. Thanks again.
