I regularly read the Fredericksburg City Manager's report for each Council Meeting, found this blurb today:

"The Izaak Walton League of America will be holding its National Convention in Fredericksburg, July 23-27, 2013, with a potential of 700 room nights at the Fredericksburg Hospitality House. Founded in 1922, the League is one of the oldest conservation organizations. There are 124,000 members nationally and 7,000 within a 150 mile radius of Fredericksburg."
