LEO's Ran my "Sportsman Firearm Permit" Today

I was fishing off of the Youghiogheny River and a game commission officer walked down the bank and said hello.
He didn't notice my Sig openly carried until halfway through the small talk.

He only asked "what type of pistol is that?" I told him and also handed over my current fishing license and SFP.
He looked at the SFP and just made sure it matched the personal info on the fishing license.

He stepped away from me for a minute and radio in some of my details (not sure which).

As he did this a PA state police officer stopped at his vehicle and came down to the bank of the river.

The PA State Police officer looked at my documents and asked "Where did you get this?" while holding up my SFP.
I said "At the Fayette country treasures office".
With a confused look on his face he just said "huh...."

Once the Game Commission officer was done on the radio, he handed me back my fishing license and said "have a good day and good luck".

They were both professional and I have no idea if the SP were called to the game commissions location because I had a firearm, or is the SP officer just drove by and saw the Game Officer and decided to be there for support.

But either way, it seemed like the State Police officer never even heard of a Sportsman Firearms permit.
