Two questions in one thread (to save space):
Question one: The police must have RAS to detain you and demand ID. If they want to verify that you are old enough to carry a firearm, is that RAS in the state of PA?
Question two: What is the PA law on videotaping public officials? Is it protected or can they order you to turn it off? Also, most importantly, can the police say that your videotaping of them is filming others in the background inadvertently who may not want to be filmed, and thus you must shut the camera off because of them?
