FOX 25 News OC without permit....

Watching T.V. and during the breaks FOX 25 News has come on twice and gave a brief statement, for the 9:00 PM broadcast, of where one can open carry without a permit. Has anyone heard anything about this? I would assume the only legal place to open carry without a permit would be on one's own private property. Definitely going to tune in to the 9 0'clock broadcast for FOX 25 news.

After November 1, you will be able to open carry any loaded or unloaded rifle, shotgun, or handgun on your own private property without a permit.

Otherwise you will be able to open carry a handgun with a permit anywhere you can carry a concealed handgun.
