Are thieves targeting SCOTUS justice because of DC's gun laws?

Hat tip to InstaPundit for this:

"U.S. Supreme Court Justice Breyer robbed again": James Vicini of Reuters has this report.
Greg Stohr of Bloomberg News reports that "High Court Justice Breyer's Washington Home Burglarized." And Bill Mears of reports that "Justice Breyer's D.C. home hit by burglary."
At least now he can have a gun in his house (in IIRC how long it took Emily to get her gun - 6 months? a year?) - after he follows all the BS steps in order to get a permit.

He's been hit three times. You'd think that the Executive Protective Service would have been parked at his driveway after the second incident (if not immediately after the first one). Wonder if they were sent and he declined them.

    stay safe.

Because stupidity isn't a race, and everybody can win.

Perhaps the more liberal Justices might invite the thugs in for milk and cookies, or, for the seniors, tea and crumpets.

EPS also uses home alarms, but criminals are good about getting in and out, fast.
The First protects the Second, and the Second protects the First. OO-RAH!!! Together, they protect the rest of our Bill of Rights and other founding documents.

As for President Trump, he's getting the job done.
