"In a posting on its Facebook page, Gander Mountain says it's been a longtime partner of the NRA, but that its customers are diverse and have varied interests, so it established a policy recently which prohibits it from hosting events on behalf of political causes or candidates."

Does this mean that there will be no more Open Carry seminars? Or NRA meetings?

I believe it means they have no problem with MOC holding an education seminar there. They would have a problem with MOC holding a candidate rally for candidate X there.

In the future, it is my vision MOC (as a 501(c)(4)) will become involved with endorsing candidates.
