    . . .

This is the semi-occasional SW Ohio Meet, Greet, & Eat. More information on the park can be found here: http://www.springfieldtwp.org/GrovePicnicShelter.cfm. There are picnic tables, sheltered picnic tables and a grill. Bring food for yours + to share. We'll start at 12:00 Noon and must be cleaned up and out by 5:00 PM.

EDIT: It looks like the link to this park mysteriously changed since I posted this. Here is the new link to park info: http://www.springfieldtwp.org/GrovePark.cfm

What does a caring, sensitive person feel when they are forced to use a handgun to stop a threat?

    Recoil.

I will do my best to get off work and be there, but if I'm off work, my wife will probably make me go to here family reunion instead.

I think the best way to handle that situation is to tell your wife you have to work if you get it off and go to the meet and greet!

If you're the new guy, you have to bring all the food and....

Just kidding. No fees as this is just an informal meet & greet picnic.

It's a pot luck picnic. Bring enough for you and yours, and some to share so we can pick on your cooking.

    Not joking about that one!

    Hope to see you there!

I have enjoyed the limited capabilities in FL to OC so much that I'm visiting a friend in Ohio for a month starting Wednesday to enjoy your free state. I really wish I could go and have some food but it would be a 5 hour drive for me. Do you ever have Picnics near Cleveland? I would love to go.

Starting to look like the weather won't be so blamed hot by Saturday--hoping this helps our turnout at the event.

A big "Thank You" to Sigger for arranging things. A great get together!

It was a great opportunity to meet new people, and see some previous acquaintances. I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer, but the fellowship was wonderful.

For those who may have missed it, read this thread:

    http://forum.opencarry.org/forums/showt ... nnati-Ohio

From talking with the OP of that thread it seems that the Hamilton County Sheriff Dept. is not fulfulling its promises/is playing games.

P.S. - I forget who it was who mentioned video recording devices, but if it was you please PM me.

Yes, a Thank You to Sigger. Had a great time. My nephew was able to make it also. Been trying to get him to visit the forum more but he is usually pretty busy.

It was nice meeting some of you in person.
