I honestly think DHS is preparing for something they think is going to happen in Mexico. I've seen a few things about DHS and Mexico and not too long ago where somebody snapped a picture of a train loaded full of APCs on its way to the Mexico border...and now this.

I just wish I knew what they thought it was.

APC's to Mexico by rail, or through Mexico to any of the Central and South American countries that operate the M113 APC? Mexico operates the wheeled exSoviet BTR-60PB-MX. The US still operates the Sixties/VN Era M113, but also the BFV Bradley M2 IFV.

I lived near the FMC San Jose armor plant and test track until I joined the Navy in 1969.

I have no idea what kind of APCs they were, but IIRC they did have the DHS seal on them.

So, I'm planning a major pork export to Mexico next week. I don't have air conditioning in the truck though. Can someone tell me when a nice cloud is scheduled to cover my run?
