The Starbucks off of Marvin RD, exit 111. It has plenty of outdoor seating if it's sunny.

We're talking about the 10th, correct?

Well if the weather is good on the 10th of june (sun) lets try tolmie state park. it looks to be easy access from I-5 west of the costco exit in lacey-

Park address:
7730 61st Ave NE
Olympia, WA 98506

From I-5:
Take exit #111, and follow signs to park, approximately five miles.

Say 12 noon to whenever?

Tech and anybody else with ideas for refreshments and snacks chime in. i will be stopping by the store on friday to get whatever we still need.

I can pick up some buns if we need them. Otherwise I'll just bring whatever we need at the last minute.

It's a little hard to haul a bunch of food around on my bike but I can chip in $40 to help out.

I'm picking up the coal later today.

What else is needed?

I can pick up a case of water....

Cheese and more drinks, I think is what's needed.
