If I am randomly stopped and questioned by police in Indiana for legal OC, is it legal for me to make an audio or video recording of the police during the stop? If it is legal, do I have to request their consent first? Can I record video or audio of them during the stop without their permission? Where can I find information on this topic?

Yes. You may record without their consent and I highly suggest you do. Indiana is a one party consent state....your consent is all that is needed.
