Does anyone actually like Mitt Romney?

I'm curious, is there any 2A citizens (especially open carriers) who are ardent Romney supporters? Not in the sense of the lesser of two evils and all that. Actual, to the bone, people who like and have liked Romney in the past and present?
I know the president won't be getting a lot of 2A support (probably none at all). but if there's someone out there who is a Romney guy (or gal).....Why?

-I would appreciate good, valid, opinions and beliefs. I don't want to hear about how the president is the worst thing to ever happen to this country or how we the people need to get behind Romney to get Obama out and all that stuff I could listen to Fox news to hear.

For those questioning my motive and political feelings......Sorry, I'm not going to explain my preferences or thought process to you.

For those who will give me some insight, thanks.

I can't stand romney, I wanted to see huntsman on the R ticket. lot of folks here in Utah really like him though. They like how he handled the Olympics in 2002.

The right-wing of the Ruling Class, the repugnant GOP is dead (Bush-41), dead (Bush-43) and dead at the hands of Obummer's enabler McCain the Manchurian Candidate. The Country Class' candidate is so unprincipled as to switch between progressive Libertarian and Republican. No one represents conservatism. I will vote Constitution Party. The Tree of Liberty is parched and the cracked Liberty Bell silent is useless. Let the Liberty Bell ring the tocsin! If it cracks, then better me while my grip is firm and my blood hot than my daughter or any graduate of the Army of One.

Ya Huntsman seems like a good guy, his father is pretty honorable

I'm guessing from the lack of posts that there may not be anyone who actually likes Romney.

So....Still no Romney guys out there? Maybe they are all out there campaigning and can't post.

In all seriousness, I would greatly appreciate hearing from any Romney believers.

Not crazy about Romney but would be far better than 4 more years of treason unchecked. He has the best odds to beat Obama, and we got to get rid of him, he is dismantling the Constitution

I like Romney; I liked McCain; they are indicative of the state of the Republican Party. Don't get me wrong, I have a harsh critique of President Obama.

Four more years of Obama might actually be better than eight years of Romney.

Romney won't win anyway. Only Ron Paul can beat Obama. But Republicans would rather have big-government Romney the gun grabber as a nominee instead of Paul. And so Obama will win.

Does anyone actually like Romney? I don't think so other than Goldman Sachs.

You get the prize! Conceding that four more years of Obama would leave the Country better off. You are right: A Romney election means eight years (potentially) of Romney--wouldn't that be lovely.

That is like saying that being kicked in the teeth is better than being kicked in the 'nads...

Why not just choose to NOT BE KICKED?

I heard a saying once... "Choose your Poison."

Now, it may not have been been anything to do with politics, but I thought that saying was appropriate for this next election.

progressive Libertarian

You're still trying this? Good lord, son, man-up when you're down and admit your ignorance. You calling libertarians "progressive" reminds me of hippies calling anyone who isn't a socialist a "fascist". No one's going to stop you from making a fool of yourself, but no one's going to listen to your drivel, either. Well, I guess I listened just long enough to laugh, shake my head, and think, "Cut your hair and get a job, you bum."

No!
I do not trust the man. He will say whatever he needs to, to get the vote. He is only in it for the money and power, not the people.

Other than news reports, I don't know the man. Yeah, he was a RINO in MA, is too far to the left of Ronaldus Magnus, he is no loony-lib-sock-puppet like Obama and his minions and mind-numbed supporters.

I'll vote for him, eight years of Romney is not a guarantee.

Romney will not beat Obama; he can only replace him.

I don't think anyone actually likes Romney; they've just heard the Left hand of the Devil is evil and all will be well if they replace the Left hand with the Right hand. Never mind that both hands belong to the same monster.

I'm tickled by the implicit logic:

Republicans nominated John McCain, of all people, in 2008. He lost (with less than a third of the Electoral College vote). After considering the previous results and engaging in some deep soul-searching, Republicans have now said, "Well, McCain didn't work, so let's improve our chances by nominating Mitt Romney this time."

I stubbed my toe, last night, when I walked to the bathroom in the dark. That hurt, so tonight I'm going to stub my toe on purpose, and I'm sure that will work out better.
