What?!?!?! They are calling the shooter the "victim?"

That's a nice change.

No, from the way I read it, they are calling the man that was being robbed the victim. The BG was called the assailant or suspect. He was found dead down the street. The victim (man being robbed) was looked at, at the hospital. The shooter WAS the victim of the robbery. He use the bad guy's own gun to defend himself and fatally shoot the bad guy.

Yeah, that was my attempted point. They got it right. It was a good shoot and the victim was the one that got to do it.

The fact that the Miami Herald got the "victim/assailant" labels correct in this story is a minor miracle, considering that the Herald is somewhere to the Left of Pravda...
