According to the below, the board members of the Clark County Commission, most polititians, members of Metro, any member of the Democratic or Republican parties, most lawyers and judges, and a whole lot of other people I could think of are not eligible to be a member of NVFAC.
Section 6 Responsibility of members, revocation of membership
3.6.1 Members of the Coalition must agree to the following Pledge before submitting their application for membership:
I STATE THAT I AM NOT A MEMBER OF ANY ORGANIZATION THAT RESTRICTS OR SUBVERTS THE
CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES NOR OF THE STATE OF NEVADA; AND THAT I HAVE NEVER
BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY OR OF A CRIME OF VIOLENCE; AND THAT I WILL SUPPORT THE GOALS
AND OBJECTIVES OF THE NEVADA FIREARMS COALITION.
