For those who have never been to the Midwest, the GunsSaveLife group puts up signs in farm fields along highways in Illinois and other states, like Burma Shave signs, promoting civil rights.

Millions of motorists see and read these signs -- you can't help it as you go past them.

As I and the missus head east for the summer to sponge off my (2) kids and MIL I will look out for those signs.

I've seen them mostly in Illinois.

They are white, with black writing, and not very big (maybe 6" x 48"). They are one phrase per sign, and say things like:

THE MUGGERS THOUGHT


THEY'D HAVE SOME FUN


THEY TURNED AROUND


THANKS TO HER GUN


GUNSSAVELIVES.COM

Watch for them, collect the whole set! ;)
