Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

Greetings Young45! Be sure to stop by the Virginia Sub-forum if you haven't already, lots of knowledgable people there. Also check out www.vcdl.org (Virginia Citezens Defense League) they are the premier grassroots gun rights organization in Va. Pretty much all gun rights/laws that have passed in the last ten years or so can be attributed to them in one form or another. (at least it feels that way)

As far as being 18 to OC, there is no law that says such, only laws that say anyone who's a minor must be under adult supervision. Therefore, there being a lack of laws that prohibit such action, OC is legal at 18 be default. Just like there no law in Va that makes OC illegal so it is legal by that very lack of law. Laws are made to prohibit actions, so you will find no law that tells you when you can do something unless it previously prohobited it and it then lists exemptions (like CC, prohibited except for CHP holders etc. )
