    Classic Cars & OC?

I was wondering, since I'm helping my Dad restore a "Half-Year" 1961/1962 Volkswagen Beetle, where would I find other OC'ers who have Classic Cars? maybe a OC Friendly Car Meet? It would be fun to do something like that!

Leaving it as 6V or converting it to 12V?
Provision for free medical attendance and nursing, for clothing, for food, for housing, for the education of children, and a hundred other matters, might with equal propriety be proposed as tending to relieve the employee of mental strain and worry. --- These matters obviously lie outside the orbit of congressional power. He's leaving it as a 6 Volt. He wants to preserve how the car was, so I can see what a "Real" Economy car was like. The dashboard has only 3 knobs on it and a basic AM Radio!

Classic Cars and Guns... I love it! As American as Baseball and Cracker Jack. Too bad I'd only be able to participate as a ogler, no classic car, but I do have a Colt New Service I could strap on, as a "Classic Gun"!

    Leaving it how it was?

Ditch those ill fitting wheels and get some steels with nice shiny new caps and rings.

Hey! We used to own one of those! I learned to steer, shift, and do the pedal work in it, about the same time I learned to shoot.
