Seen a Ocer in hayden lake

I was at the hayden lake walmart today in the early afternoon and i seen a gentleman ocing there, i tried to catch up to him and say hello but when i turned around he was gone. i think he was driving a black dodge ram. he is the first one i have seen ocing in idaho.

I live in Blackfoot Idaho,I have never seen another ocer,I kinda feel all alone.

When I am open carrying it's just like waiting at a gun store counter to look at a new gun... I must be in invisible mode 'cuz no one can see me!

I OC in Hayden/CDA/Rathdrum/PostFalls on occasion. I was OC in the Home Depot on 95 in CDA last week with no issues. I OC'ed an entire weekend in Farragut State Park in May also with no issues. Don't see many folks OC'ing but we don't seem to have any issues.
