America :The story of US - REVOLUTION!

    Full episode

What better way to spend your 4th of July than learn a little about your country?

It's a pretty well done documentary on our revolution, with more 'behind the scenes' type information that you don't learn in school.

I considered myself pretty well versed on the revolution, but had no idea that 3x as many patriots died in P.O.W. prison ships in New York Harbor, than died in actually fighting the war..

Interesting. That's a nice piece of information.
I don't mind watching the OC-Community (tea party 2.0's, who have hijacked the OC-Community) cannibalize itself. I do mind watching OC dragged through the gutter. OC is an exercise of A Right. I choose to not OC; I choose to not own firearms. I choose to leave the OC-Community to it's own self-inflicted injuries, and eventual implosion. Carry on...

Lesson: Don't go with the men in black uniforms... Er, Red Coats...
Freedom can never be lost, only given away by ignorance, by choice, or at the point of a gun. Here in America we can still choose.
