    Police Tape

I can't really say I'm a fan of the ACLU, but they did put out a pretty smooth mobile app called POLICE TAPE. Its got video and/or audio and a discrete recording mode and file storage. Files also cannot be deleted through the program itself.

Not sure I like the whole automatic upload to the ACLU, but I like the idea of the app.

Ya I didn't like that either but you can skip the upload and turn location off. So far its the only app. I've found that dosent crash my phone

I'm no fan of the ACLU, but I can't think of any safer place for the video than being automatically uploaded to them.

As long as it uploads somewhere and isn't only physically located on one's person, it's a good thing.

(Well, I suppose if it automatically uploaded to the nearest police station where it was beyond your reach it wouldn't be good.... but, yeah.)
