    Better link. http://www.woonsocketcall.com/node/4871

I didn't see the video but I'm shocked he was charged and even remotely facing such a stiff sentence for kicking someone 1x who made a move at him. I believe police should be held to a higher standard but from the account given I don't think anything should have happened.

Now for the other incidents there is almost no information to make an educated decision.

, Regine said that in March 2001, Krawetz was involved in a situation where he was accused of “roughing up” an individual named Joshua Harrison, resulting in a claim for damages that was settled out of court for $27,500.
Less than two months later, Krawetz was charged with simple assault, a criminal offense, after an altercation with a jogger on a bike path in Cumberland. He later pleaded no contest in court and was suspended from his job as a patrolman for 30 days

OK, found the video. Bullying behavior, hitting a girl, all bad. However, it's ridiculous to think that someone could face such a sentence for that. The only charge that could be warranted in my opinion is misdemeanor assault or whatever.

I've done worse to people (men, not women) and had worse done to me in my younger life.
