I've seen the pamphlet on WV being an Open Carry state... But I now need to see the actual bill our Senators and Congressmen have passed.
I've looked for a while now and all I'm able to find is hunting related bills and statutes.

Does any one know the actual article, the actual bill, that says the NATURAL PERSON can open carry?

I'm looking for the Legal Language explaining our right to O.C. in WV.

Nothing vague, because vacuity doesn't hold up with local L.E.O.'s or the State Police around here.

You should also look for the law that allows you to:
Sleep, walk down the street, eat tacos, boil water, comb your hair, buy water color paints, breed, and wear your hat backwards.
