Im trying to get a litter pick up started. I live in portage indiana. Its near merriville and valparaiso, and also hobart. I would like to do it down Route 6. Please let me know if anyone is interested. We can make a bad a$$ day out of it and will be a hell of a time. Im hoping to get about 10 people. I have 4 as of now.

Mayberry, my name is Ben Magenheimer and while I was not arrested like yourself I went through a similar issue. Before you share your side of the story I would recommend talking to someone experienced like myself or a lawyer like Guy Relford who specializes in firearms law in Indiana. Good luck.
