Are we playing forward the crap we can find on the internet?

Of course, the real deal is that Romney either lied to the American people or to the SEC. Since the latter is a felony, I'm just going to guess he's blowing smoke up our asses. "Retroactively retired" - brilliant failure of a cop-out.

Dang shame the lefties are right for a change... Romney is as bad as Obama. That's the truth. Accept it and then move on.

Edit - For the record I don't believe anything in either link... both sides are lying sacks of sh!!!!t

I see. So you're voting for President Obama by a no-vote, or throwing your vote to some third-party type?

Well, I'm in a strong blue state so its hardly throwing my vote away ... it will help my party to stay on future ballots. I'll vote for my party's candidates.

I understand your attitude that it is "throwing away a vote and will help obamalama get elected"; here is my opinion: get back to being conservative in spending and other areas GOP ... I've been gone 10 yrs and you have yet to understand that I hung in as long as I could. Last presidential campaign I worked on when was Pat Buchanan was running...

Mmm, that "spam," as you call it, is backed up by 357 solid sources.

Bing's claims, on the other hand, are not only not backed up by credible sources, but Bing itself is a highly leftist liberal front for socialist efforts in general.

Are we playing forward the crap we can find on the internet?

Are you calling one of the most heavily and well-sourced articles on the Internet "crap?"

Don't be dense. The query shows that you just copy-pasted something you saw somewhere else. There are no claims by Bing, there's just the same copy pasta smeared across the web by people like you.

Regardless of the sources for that article, the copy pasta you so willingly ate is untrue. E.g. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/04/19/us/politics/19obama.html?_r=1 found via http://mediamatters.org/blog/2012/01/29/wash-posts-parker-wildly-distorts-charitable-gi/186639 which shows that "the Obamas spent a larger percentage of their income on taxes and charity in 2010 than the Romneys did in either 2010 or in 2011. "

You could at least try to be honest when you're copy/paste/posting something you willingly took as truth simply because it confirmed a world view you prefer to entertain. And it doesn't even begin to get into the fact that Romney hides his tax returns, lies to either the American people or the SEC, then enacts gun control while calling it a pro-gun measure. I mean, geez, if you want to compare Obama and Romney, let's look at the actions they took. Both passed obama/romneycare. Both supported the war on drugs. Both at some point had gun control as a plank of their policy. Yet only one actually acted on that plank, rather than dropping it because it wasn't politically expedient. And that actor wasn't Obama.

Hate the guy all you want, but you're rooster vacuuming someone who is, in many ways, worse than the status quo.

ThinkProgress, NYT and MediaMatters.....too funny.

Let us review:
Think progress.....loony-lib-images.jpeg red meat round-up site.
MediaMatters.....George Soros fundeded/loony-lib-images.jpeg red meat round-up site.
NYT.....goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway, loony-lib-images.jpeg red meat round-up site.

So, where do loony-lib-images.jpeg go to get their 'facts'.....George Soros.

Great Post OC!!

Mediamatters, Moveon.org, Thinkprogress are leftist outlets for democrat talking points. Usually, you can check these sites during the day; then watch the nightly news and you will see a re-run.

For someone to say Romney is as bad as Obama; they're drinking the democrat (or Ron Paul) koolaid.

RedBaron, love your pizza. soon the discussion of if Romney will be effective may be a moot point, as the demo's steer us toward another economic collapse, so they can sweep the streets, and our rights, under martial law, it will be the next Republican President that gets handed the mess when the Demos are forced out of office.

I agree with you more than you realize, but regardless of their desire to spin, they provided facts and counterpoints to presented claims. And the point of linking to them is that the post by since9 is _no better_ than that stuff. In fact, there are claims in the copy pasta which are either meaningless or provably false.

Gary Johnson: http://www.isidewith.com/results/17388707

And I didn't say Romney is as bad as. I said he's worse. For all the fear mongering about Obama and UN treaties, Romney actually signed an AWB with a smile. He then turn around and tried to feed us a line about how it was good for gun owners and the right thing to do.

Just because he signed an existing AWB, this makes him worse than Obama? Research it....it will help you understand what took place.

You can't just say "research it" without sources, when all the research I've found has quote gems from Rmoney like this:
Romney said:
Deadly assault weapons have no place in Massachusetts. These guns are not made for recreation or self-defense. They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people.

Red while Romney is not who I would have picked to run against Obama, liberals have a tendency to try to put the worst traits of their candidates on others. They are attempting to paint that Romney created and signed Obamacare, which is a pure outright lie. Even though Romney is not one of the best spokesmen for 2A he certainly is a heck of a lot better than that moonbat in office. Obama and his family tour the world on our money, and then he bemoans Romney for being a successful business with his own money. My biggest problem with Romney is there is so much ammunition to cut him off at the knees and he is not doing it.

Get it straight, Romney did Romneycare. Can you tell the two apart from that link?

Seriously, how can you make that claim? They're both bad for the second amendment. Yet Romney's actions have been worse, and actions speak louder than words.

Get it straight, Romney vetoed 8 sections of the Ma health care bill. The legislature overrode 6 sections of the 8. It was clearly what the liberal state of Mass wanted. Romney care is not Obamacare, if it is could you cite where the exact wording exists in the bills. They did not take the Mass law and make it a federal law, this assumption by liberals is moronic, and a lie. While some of the care may be similar it is not on the same level, as one is a state law supported by the mostly liberal constituents, and the other is a federal law that is not supported by most constituents.

Part of the job of a politician is answering to their constituents even if they are not from the same party. Obama does not do that he shoves his agenda down the throats of American people. He also has killed two American citizens without due process, and called large numbers of the people terrorists through his lackeys.

The fact that Romney, a so-called Conservative, was elected to serve in a highly Liberal State is an inconvenient fact for you.

Use the Googler, read, read, read, and you will find that Romneycare, and Obamacare are twins.

As to President Obama killing two American Citizens: He can't take credit for Taking Down Osama Bin Laden, well then, he can't be afforded the credit of two Americans being killed by the Government. Deal?

BTW, since the majority of MA. voters wanted Romneycare, and Romney vetoed 8 sections of it, I wonder, are you in support of a politician (purportedly elected by the People, for the People) not listening to the People who voted him into office, who apparently wanted Romneycare?

Thank you for bringing up that the majority of Americans not wanting Obamacare, and the majority of MA. citizens wanting Romneycare; President Obama apparently doesn't listen to those who voted him into office, and neither does Romney. The more we chit-chat about this, the more Obama and Romney look alike.

You brought it up as gospel; I just replied to your il-informed post. Still, you don't understand why he signed it....there was already one in place...the next thought people like to spew is that he shouldn't have signed it. Unfortunately, this is politics and not signing it would have more than likely created even more regulations in Mass...what he signed did help... albeit a little. Remember, he was working with liberal legislators that had already passed this AWB, almost unanimously. Again, politics.

Don't disagree......he's not my first choice, maybe not my second either, but still better than King Obama.

Get it straight, Romney did Romneycare. Can you tell the two apart from that link?

As for RomneyCare....he stated it isn't for the US. Again, the libs in Mass wanted it...so he created something that everyone could stand...or once again, if he veto it, they lib legislature would potentially pass something more extreme. Remember....Its Politics! Like it or not.....you gotta work with what you got.....However, purist think they can override politics.....now that's hilarious....politics has been around forever, in almost everything....it ain't going anywhere!

As for they are both bad for the 2A; I cannot make that statement, however, you have more insight than the rest of America and know he is bad. What he did for Mass was for Mass. What he will do for the US is still to be determined...although he has made statements he would not do the same for the US as he did for Mass. Did he learn something? Possibly.

However, your illusion that he is worse is till that...an illusion in your own mind.

It's not inconvenient it is actually a plus for Romney. It shows though that Romney has a record of some moderate tendencies he listens to his constituents. Same goes for Bill Clinton, that is why he got reelected, there were a lot of things I did not like about Bill but I voted for him the first time because Bush senior did not listen to the people. I would vote for a democrat that honored the constitution and honored the will of the people. The problem with Obama is his blatant thumbing his nose at the people.

What you think Romney was stupid and thought he could push a right wing agenda in a left wing state? How dumb would that be?

As far as OBL he did take credit for killing him and he did order the killing of citizens without due process. He also ordered the invasion of a sovereign ally and gave order to kill innocent citizens if the mission went awry. Now remind me why were we killing OBL?

We have already killed innocent Pakistanis and continue to, as well as murdering over 2 dozen of their troops. And we worry about Iran getting a nuke, Pakistan already has them. Obama is an idiot!

Romney did not veto the section everyone complains about with Obamacare -the one requiring everybody purchase insurance.

And to point out that he vetoed 8 sections, out of how many, huh? Out of 147 (139 of which are active, not merely stating when other sections shall take effect). That's 5.76% of the total law, meaning he signed into law 94.24%! You're dishonestly quoting the vetoes without context to make it seem like he didn't support the legislation, when his own words contradict your claims.

Romney care is not Obamacare, if it is could you cite where the exact wording exists in the bills. They did not take the Mass law and make it a federal law, this assumption by liberals is moronic, and a lie.
Could you point out where I said that? I said they are similar provisions, and that you probably can't tell them apart if presented parts of them side by side. They have similar provisions and method of action. Does it really matter if I say "take six eggs" versus "take half a dozen eggs"? The wording may not be the same, but the effect is indistinguishable.

While some of the care may be similar it is not on the same level, as one is a state law supported by the mostly liberal constituents, and the other is a federal law that is not supported by most constituents.
Are we a democracy or a republic?

Obama sticks it to Massachusetts.....specifically.

Consider, the good citizens of Massachusetts have RomneyCare AND ObamaCare, they get twice the health insurance for many more times their money. Unless, of course, the good citizens of Massachusetts repeal all of RomneyCare because ObamaCare is now the law of the land.
