Im looking to find a reputable person in the pennsylvania area to talk to about open carrying in my area havent open carried befor and would like to start but dont see alot of open carrying in my area

I moved to Exton 3 years ago from South Philly and I open carry, even in 7-11 standing next to a cop. Nothing was said other then good afternoon. you may run into an unknowing cop, but if you do just stay calm and treat them with the respect you want in return. PA is an open carry state (except Philly you need a permit)you will be fine.
