The woman in the blue shirt is more concerned about the noise than what's going on... She's oblivious and in the way. Note the other woman who appears from the right in the path of the defending shooter. This could have gone bad. Notice the inaction (lack of reaction) of those seated... incredible. The defending shooter pursues and shoots at fleeing bandits on the sidewalk. Questionable (legally).

Good example of of a robbery scenario... Nobody hits the deck. They just cross field of fire. Expect this should you find yourself in this situation.

Another reason not to carry a .380.

Well Florida is a NO OC state so most who carry concealed use smaller caliber pistols for comfort. These two robbers are glad for Florida law as it probably saved their life. Now the $64,000 question is: if these two scum bags had seen six people open carrying inside in their casing/recon of the joint; do you think they would have done this there or just moved on to a more crime friendly establishment?

Which part was a reason not to carry a .380? People crossing the field of fire? Is this a joke?

380 in the holster beats the 45 in the safe! :banghead:

When the BGs entered, the one with the bat shattered a monitor; that may have sounded like a gunshot inside. I think Mr Williams did a great job!! When he got to the door, he stopped & watched to make sure the perps weren't returning. His finger is off the trigger and his gun never pointed at any other persons. The point of self defense is not to KILL but to make the aggressor STOP what they're doing.

One of the guys used to work there so this was premeditated. In the heat of the moment they probably wouldent have even noticed someone OCing............Where is my $64,000?????? Ill take a check, or payment by paypal or cash.

Questionable answer...

{ABOVE} Funny :D

I doubt they would have robbed the place knowing patrons were armed, but with these goofs, who knows?

Some light reading for you and others on what criminals say they fear.

SNIP >
FEAR of the armed citizen and the threat of tough punishment for using a gun (or other weapons) in committing a violent crime are significant factors in both reducing and deterring crime, according to the results of a survey of imprisoned felons conducted by Professors James D. Wright and Peter H. Rossi.

Question: A smart criminal tries to find out if his potential victim is armed?
