When I visited their fine facility with my AR the day of the protest I knew I should have went up to the desk and inquired about a book on reloading.

Its not a "poll" or an "opinion" issue. It is a constitutional issue, meaning simply, your opinions and feelings do not matter.

Are you sure, it appeard that my vote wouldn't count unless I signed up? Either way I used an extra address so no harm.
Somebody said a fire mission was being ignored and I thought that might be why.

It accepts your vote, but do not see that it records/counts your vote w/o signing up.
