Durham to ban OC??

Have a buddy who is in the Durham Police force and he said the city council is seriously considering banning OC in Durham. Has anyone else heard of this?

1. Ask members of the city council. Get them on record.
2. Check online for dates of meetings and agendas.
3. Attend such meetings. Speak out.
4. Make sure your friends and neighbors do the same.
5. Contact GRNC.

This would need a little better verification. I just looked online at the agendas and proposed ordinance changes and couldn't find anything.
