Wisconsin has a statute allowing prosecutors (but no one else) to carry in a courtroom, if they have a CCW license. But several counties' courts have adopted court rules allowing judges and LEOs (but not prosecutors) to carry in courtrooms.
Seems the judges want to create their own list of god old boys who can carry in the courtroom. The prosecutor is PO'd at being locked out of the clubhouse. The issue has come up before and the Wisc. Supreme Court punted. Let's see what they do this time around.

stay safe.
