I did a few years ago. I had an older couple and a few 20 somethings from Illinois ask me about it. They were surprised, but seemed to be ok with it when I explained MI firearm law, especially the younger Illinoisans. I will say that, with so many people there from Illinois, don't be surprised if you have a few call 911 regarding you. But, I didn't have any issues with the PD or other locals, despite it being considered a rather "liberal" area.
