An alert from Wisconsin Carry Inc is reporting the following:

"It was reported that the former Badger Guns (now Brew City Shooters Supply) http://www.brewcityshooterssupply.com/ has, since 2009, been reporting the names of every customer that comes in to use their firing range to the West Milwaukee Police Department. In this time over 25,000 customer names were reported to West Milwaukee Police Chief Dennis Nasci who ran a background check on each through "his system"."

The report is just in YTD 2012, 8,800 customer names were reported. Wisconsin Carry Inc. has made an open records request to the village of West Milwaukee for any documents relating to this issue. It appears that law-abiding gun owners no longer have any protections under the Bill of Rights for no other reason than they happen to legally own and legally use an EVIL FIREARM!!

Heard about it from WI carry president Nick. MPD needs another lawsuit. No consent forms were not signed by customers and MPD ran background checks and mayor Barrett loves it! Now MPD can say, 'well we run number plates when we are behind a car, anytime we want? Yes but that's a public road vs a private store. Right?
