Senate fails to approve cybersecurity legislation

Well, there's a big surprise. When Senators [strike]Schmuck[/strike]Schumer & Lautenberg added an amendment to ban "high capacity" magazines, it was doomed. That and when Sen. Mike Lee added an amendment for an abortion ban in the DC area (after the fetus has reached 20 weeks).

Some say the bill was about increased civilian surveillance anyway, but that's a separate thread.

Next: kill the so-called "Stop Online Ammunition Sales Act" and create "Term-limits Right-Frigging-Now Act".
