    Richmond Raceway Complex Open Carry?

Is the Richmond Raceway Complex off limits to open carry? I plan on attending the redneck convention they are hosting next weekend and am just curious.

For VA Open Carry Cards send a S.A.2S.E. to: Ed's OC cards, Box 16143, Wash DC 20041-6143 (they are free but some folks enclose a couple bucks too)

Thanks Ed. Pretty clear on that. I don't get the seats with armrests restriction though.

"The following MAY NOT enter the admission gates:

    Firearms, fireworks and items
Glass containers restricted by local, state or federal laws
    Pets
    Beach balls
    Strollers
Hard-sided coolers and insulated cups of any size
    Umbrellas
    Seats with arm rests"

i think you are assuming that the redneck convention is the fall nascar race and not the VA outdoors and Sportsman show that is this coming weekend. The rules you posted are for the grandstand, ie the track not the rental venues. The sportsman show is held in the same venues as the gunshow at RIR.

No need to start a new thread..

I'm clear on RIR Rules and know they reserve the right to search bags but is that the extent of the search.. asking those that have attended Nascar races their.

Now the reason for the question a friend is flying in for Saturdays race, and I've never attended.
If you think like a Statist, act like one, or back some, you've given up on freedom and have gone over to the dark side.
The easiest ex. but probably the most difficult to grasp for gun owners is that fool permission slip so many of you have, especially if you show it off with pride. You should recognize it as an embarrassment, an infringement, a travesty and an affront to a free person.

Seats with arm rests are wider making for less seating.
