We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. .3gp is a fairly common mobile phone recording format. It can be played with Quicktime, GOM player, Media Player Classic, and VLC Media Player, so if you upload to any file sharing site I'm sure most people will have something to play it.
But I would think that it'd be a format YouTube can process as well. Have you tried it?

Get VLC media player (it's free), and convert it to .MP3, .MP4, or H.264, then upload to Youtube.

I have a fairly intensive audio editing program on my computer at home. If you'd like I can edit out the address etc and convert it to a format that is more openly useful. Let me know. I'll pm you my e-mail address.
